First we find a matching unit. You review the supplier inspection report from China before paying. Only after payment does the phone travel to MAJES in Latvia for a second hands-on inspection.
DOUBLE QUALITY CONTROL
Three control stages: MAJES first finds a suitable unit. Then the supplier checks that unit in China and shares evidence before you pay. After payment, MAJES checks the received device again in Latvia before customer dispatch.
Before you pay, the supplier inspects the identified unit. MAJES reviews the evidence and shares the inspection report with your quote so you can decide whether to proceed.
After your payment and delivery to Latvia, MAJES checks the exact received unit against your requirements, the supplier report and the agreed quote.
Both checks pass
Pack and ship the verified device to the customer.
A check fails
Do not ship it to the customer. Resolve the mismatch with the supplier and arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
MAJES sourcing is the preliminary check, not a physical inspection. Supplier QC must concern an identified available/reserved unit and be supported by evidence before a payable quote is issued. MAJES QC happens only after customer payment and arrival in Latvia. We do not mark missing or unverified evidence as passed.

We compare supplier reliability, specifications, compatibility and terms. Next, before presenting a payable quote, we obtain and review a supplier inspection of the identified phone; you receive its evidence and final price to consider.

Grade, battery health, cosmetic state and known faults.

Face ID/fingerprint, cameras, charging, network and other key functions where the supplier/QC process supports testing.
Business history, order protection, photos/video, serial information or inspection evidence depending on the channel.
The complete offer must still make sense after shipping, verification and destination requirements.
TRANSPARENCY
We aim to provide inspection findings, relevant photos or video, and an identifying reference for the exact unit alongside the final quote. A supplier statement without suitable evidence is not a completed QC. Once the unit reaches Latvia, MAJES performs its own independent checks, matching the device to the report. We select suppliers willing to confirm no-cost returns and full refunds for misrepresented or faulty goods in writing; these protections must be confirmed per order. If supplier pre-payment inspection or reservation is unavailable, we cannot present the device as pre-verified.
MAJES ANTI-SCAM
We record the source and date of identifier checks, compare the same unit against supplier evidence in Latvia, and withhold delivery if significant discrepancies arise. A valid IMEI format is not proof of ownership or a clean blocklist status.
