Terms of Use & Sourcing

1. What MAJES does
MAJES provides managed sourcing for consumer electronics. A website sourcing request is an enquiry only and is not an order, reservation or obligation to buy.
2. The final offer
If a suitable device is found, the customer should receive a final offer identifying the device, model/region where relevant, condition, price, delivery costs, expected delivery arrangements, payment terms and other material information before a contract is concluded.
3. When a contract is formed
A contract should only be formed through the acceptance mechanism stated in the final offer. The website request form itself does not form a sales contract.
4. Pricing
Illustrative prices or savings shown on the website are not live offers. A binding price must be clearly stated in the final offer and must identify mandatory taxes and charges applicable to the customer.
5. Device descriptions
For used, refurbished or open-box devices, the final offer should disclose the stated condition and known defects or repair history received through the sourcing process. The customer should not be misled about originality, condition, region or compatibility.
6. Delivery
Delivery method, destination, expected timing and allocation of costs must be stated in the final offer. Applicable consumer-law rules on delivery remain unaffected.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where the customer is a consumer and the contract is concluded at a distance, statutory withdrawal and conformity rights apply according to applicable law.
8. Brand references
Apple, Samsung, Google, REDMAGIC, ASUS and other product names or trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders. MAJES is an independent sourcing business unless a specific authorised relationship is expressly stated.
