Stage 0: MAJES sourcing check

We find suitable sellers and check the matching model, supplier, price, regional compatibility and return conditions.

Step 1: supplier QC in China

Before customer payment, the supplier checks an identified, available unit and provides inspection results, photos/video or diagnostics.

Review the report and final quote

MAJES reviews the supplier evidence and shares it with you alongside the exact device terms, delivery estimate and one final price.

You decide and pay

If the inspection evidence and final offer look right, you approve the quote and pay using the available checkout. No obligation before acceptance.

We order the inspected unit

Only after the payment backend confirms payment do we order the specific checked unit for shipment to MAJES in Latvia.

Step 2: MAJES QC in Latvia

Once it arrives, MAJES checks the actual phone against your specifications and the China inspection report: identity, condition, battery, locks and functions.

Pass or resolve the issue

If the second check passes, we prepare delivery. If the phone differs, we withhold it and arrange a conforming replacement or appropriate refund.

Delivery to you

We securely pack and send the verified device to the agreed destination, with order updates and applicable consumer rights.
