Requesting is free. We source a matching option and share its supplier inspection evidence and final quote before you decide whether to pay.
Is a sourcing request already an order?
No. It only gives MAJES the information needed to search. A purchase only moves forward after you receive and accept a specific final quote.
Do I see MAJES's supplier price or margin?
No. Your decision is based on the final customer price and the described device. Internal supplier, verification and logistics costs are not itemised as a separate MAJES margin.
Are there extra MAJES sourcing fees later?
No separate MAJES sourcing or QC fee is added after you accept the quote. Any genuine exclusion must be stated before acceptance.
Are devices guaranteed to be cheaper than every EU store?
No. Markets move constantly and not every model is a good sourcing opportunity. A quote is only useful if the complete offer makes sense.
Will the phone work in Europe?
EU/Global variants are preferred where appropriate. Checks can include exact model, supported bands, carrier status, Google services, physical SIM/eSIM and other region-specific features.
What about used or refurbished phones?
The quote should describe the condition and known material repair information. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain separate from any commercial warranty.
Do you hold inventory?
The initial MAJES model is demand-first sourcing rather than maintaining a large warehouse.
Can I pay monthly?
Where enabled, Klarna may provide eligible installment or financing options at checkout. Approval and terms depend on Klarna and the transaction.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on obtaining the supplier report, your decision, supplier dispatch to Latvia, our second QC check and onward delivery. The quote must state the expected delivery window after payment.
What is MAJES 2-Step Verification?
There are three control stages: (0) MAJES sources a suitable phone, (1) the supplier checks the identified unit in China and you receive the evidence before payment, and (2) MAJES checks the phone independently after arrival in Latvia. The two inspection steps are the 2-Step Verification.
Can I see the China inspection before I pay?
Yes, for a payable MAJES quote the supplier must provide sufficient inspection evidence for an identified, available device. We review it and share the report before you decide. Our independent Latvia inspection happens after payment and arrival. We do not label a device as verified without real evidence.
What if my device fails MAJES inspection?
We do not dispatch a device that fails to match the agreed offer. We investigate with the supplier and arrange a conforming replacement, if accepted by you, or the appropriate refund in accordance with your rights. We keep you updated; supplier refund delays do not remove our consumer obligations.
Does MAJES accept any supplier with a warranty?
No. We prioritise suppliers offering written full-refund and no-cost return terms for defective or misrepresented devices, including issues detected when the device arrives in Latvia. These supplier terms must be checked before accepting an order; a supplier warranty does not replace your statutory rights.
