Supplier evidence
We check the proposed unit's model, IMEI, serial number, storage, region, condition, battery information and available diagnostics. Missing or conflicting evidence triggers a manual review, not an automatic pass.
MAJES ANTI-SCAM
We document the actual device offered by a supplier, compare inspection evidence with your requirements, and repeat the physical checks in Latvia before sending it to you. We do not treat a screenshot or a valid IMEI number as proof that a phone is genuine or free of claims.
THE PROCESS
We check the proposed unit's model, IMEI, serial number, storage, region, condition, battery information and available diagnostics. Missing or conflicting evidence triggers a manual review, not an automatic pass.
The supplier order is placed through an approved platform under documented order and refund terms, and only after the customer's payment is actually confirmed. The current staging site does not process payments.
We inspect the received phone and compare identifiers, software locks, battery, cameras, charging and condition against both the original request and supplier evidence.
WHAT WE CAN AND CANNOT CONFIRM
We can check the 15-digit IMEI control digit, detect duplicates in MAJES records and compare a TAC against a licensed device-model catalogue. This does not check whether a phone was stolen.
Blocked-device checks require a reputable external source and a dated result. Public sources can have access, licence or region restrictions; a clean result is only a snapshot in time.
Activation Lock, Google FRP and device certification require hands-on or official checks. A screenshot alone does not prove removal of an account lock.
Battery health is recorded only when a valid measurement is available. Charge percentage and factory mAh capacity are not the same as battery health. Repair history is checked when available.
IF SOMETHING DOES NOT MATCH
If the actual device differs materially from the agreed specifications, we withhold it from customer dispatch, document the mismatch and use the platform's dispute or return process where applicable. We work with the customer on an appropriate conforming replacement or refund according to the agreed terms and applicable consumer law. A supplier's refusal to refund MAJES does not by itself remove the customer's statutory rights.
